Contest Cartooning Policy

Many of our friends have entered into our monthly contest for us to cartoon ideas. Only a select few will win each month. We will be selecting a winner on the first of every month and we will be cartooning the selected idea for free. If we choose your catch "Tag Line" and photo, your cartoon will be used in our promotions to sell shirts and promotional items. No money will be paid to the contest winner or royalties.

The winners idea will have it's very own online store entered by our staff. The winner will then be given a link to the store once completed where he/she may purchase promotional items at his/her leisure. The store will remain on-line and if the winner is to win again, we will add the New Cartoons to the store we create for his/her cartoons.

The number one reason we are selling cartoons, tee shirts and promotional items is to give us financing for our fishing trips and our entry fees into events. Just think about your cartooned idea being worn by the Bass Masters crowd. This is our goal and our way to give back something creative to you and your family of Fisherman and Fisher-woman! We are grateful to have your support and wish you a great catch!

I grant permission to Ronnie Thompson, on behalf of Bite My Worm.Com and its agents or employees, to use photographs taken of me for cartoon tee shirt design and for use on www.CamoSpace.com/BiteMyWorm, www.myspace.com/wormfishing, Cafepress.com/bitemyworm and Bitemyworm.com portfolio and all associated websites. No personal information about the model will be published in any format.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished cartoon or printed or electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether that use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph including the cartoon likeness taken from the photograph.

I hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Bite My Worm.com and its agents or employees, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of photographs, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below, and I full understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.
